Slippy Turkey

Its been a while since I actually cooked... So long I couldn't recall the last time I did... Anyways... Took up courage, walked into Tesco and bought this BIG leg of turkey. Thought I'd make a nice soup with it (although I can't quite remember how to...)

So I unwrapped the cling film, saw this disgusting end with frillies and thought, NO, NOT HAVING IT IN MY SOUP, so I took it off. All went well, then the rest of the skin was just dangling... oh well, might as well skin the whole thing... tugged the loose bit with my left hand, knife in my right hand n 'SLIP!' -crap- my own skin came off. The knife caught the middle finger right where the middle joint is. My blood and those of the turkey mixed together....... YUCK with a capital Yuh!

Anyways, wish i could show u ... the wound is still stinging and burning- *bleh* knew I shouldn't have cooked.
