Quite an unforgettable night

Driving...

Breathing heavily between histerical cries, but the head begins to feel really light and faintish, the face feels white washed... Something was really really wrong so I pulled over and the hazard lights were put on. Before one knows it, the diaphragm muscles contracts and feels as though some one has punched you right in the stomach. Fingers start to cramp up and all feelings, control and sensation disappears. The body automatically curls up into fetus position. Numbnes immediately consumes other limbs... from legs to fingers to wrist, to elbow, arm and eventually the face.

That, my friend, is a panic attack.

My fingers are still recovering to full sensation again. I just had a panic attack. I wish I could joke about it but the wound is still fresh. May be another day. But for now, my heart is shattered, i'm extremely emotional, my head is spinning... I've been bullied and betrayed.
